TEC150 breaks new ground with CBC and NetSuite

It doesn’t get much better for us than working with CBC, a successful local company that punches above its weight in the provision of Facilities, Asset Management and Construction Services.

CBC asked TEC150 to run Celonis over their recent NetSuite ERP implementation to establish current state metrics and determine opportunities for improvement.

This was our first Celonis + NetSuite project. Here is what we learnt.

Celonis proves a winner with CBC

• From a standing start TEC150 provided insights to CBC management within 6 weeks

• Process cycle time metrics, upstream bottlenecks identification, top 10 analysis on suppliers and other dimensions were explored and validated

• The rapid requirement to delivery timeline greatly impressed the management team

Celonis proved its competitive edge as an ERP agnostic Process intelligence Tool

• Working across differenent systems is not a problem for Celonis

• Our first NetSuite Process intelligence project proved the fact that our process insights gathered from SAP projects were reusable

• Processes don’t confine themselves to any one set of systems or vendor

• TEC150 are engaging with NetSuite to further develop Celonis use cases in the NetSuite ERP market

• NetSuite has a data rich environment with change logs provided a source of event log depth

• TEC150 brings many years of Celonis content experience and development to this market
